Ownership

Leaderbook.app and all related software, designs, interfaces, and content are owned by the Provider. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

License

Leaderbook.app is licensed, not sold.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these terms.

Usage Rights

Leaderbook may be used only for personal or internal productivity purposes.

Commercial use, resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or offering the Service to third parties is not permitted.

Restrictions

You may not:

• copy, modify, or distribute proprietary components
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• create derivative works of the Service
• use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or these terms

Except where explicitly permitted by mandatory law.

Open Source Components

Leaderbook uses open-source libraries and dependencies.

Each open-source component is governed by its respective license.

Required attributions are maintained within the codebase or accompanying documentation.

Infrastructure and Third-Party Services

The Service is operated using the following infrastructure providers:

• Hosting: Vercel
• Database services: Railway
• Source code storage: GitLab

These providers act solely as technical infrastructure.

No user data are shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.

The Provider is not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party infrastructure.

Termination

This license automatically terminates if:

• your Account is suspended or terminated
• the Service is discontinued

Upon termination, all rights to use the Service immediately cease.

Disclaimer

Leaderbook is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• fitness for a particular purpose
• availability or uninterrupted operation
• data accuracy or integrity

Use of the Service is at your own risk.
